Real estate is full of advice. Some say flip. Some say buy-and-hold. Others say scale as fast as you can.

But here’s the truth: there is no one-size-fits-all path. Every investor starts with different resources, fears, strengths, and goals. I learned this the hard way — by trying strategies that didn’t always work for me.

That’s why I built Investor Engine: to give investors clarity, confidence, and a roadmap designed around them, not someone else’s formula.

My Family’s Story

For my family, real estate has always meant options — but those options looked different for each of us.

• For my opa, who immigrated to Canada and worked in a factory real estate meant security in a new country. Buying his first apartment building gave him the foundation to protect and provide for his family.

• For my parents, who bought their first duplex together at just 18, it meant freedom. They built side by side, even through the challenges of 2008, creating a portfolio that gave them the chance to retire early and design the life they dreamed of.

I had the privilege of growing up in this industry, watching my parents build from the ground up — making bold decisions so they could live their dream life. Seeing that firsthand taught me that real estate is never just about property; it’s about creating freedom, stability, and choices.

• For me, growing up with epilepsy, real estate has meant independence. It gave me choices when life could have felt limiting, and taught me the value of creating options instead of waiting for them.

This family legacy is the heart of Investor Engine — helping others find their own version of security, freedom, and independence.

My Story

I’ve spent over a decade in real estate — flipping hundreds of units, managing diverse portfolios, and even scaling dozens of virtual businesses. Along the way, I learned as much from what didn’t work as from what did.

Growing up with epilepsy, I knew what it felt like to live with limits. Real estate gave me options — independence when life could have felt restrictive. And that’s what I want others to feel: the power of choice.
